Thank you for your interest in Ben Bhraggie House Ltd.

1. When placing an order with us, all invoices will be in Canadian Dollars. Taxes will be applied where applicable.
2. For web and mail orders, there is a minimum order of $45, excluding shipping and taxes.
3. Visa, MasterCard & Etransfers are accepted forms of payment.  Etransfer is the preferred method of payment.
4. All orders will be shipped by Canada Post. Shipping is charged separately on the invoice. Some items or areas, require additional shipping costs and the customer will be notified accordingly.
5. Merchandise remains the property of Ben Bhraggie House Ltd. until paid in full.
6. Ben Bhraggie House Ltd. is not responsible for customs/duties on international orders.
7. Reeds are not returnable.  We want our customers to know that when they purchase any reeds, that they are new!
8. All returns are to be cleared by Ben Bhraggie House Ltd. prior to returning the item. In some cases, returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the purchaser will be responsible for any shipping and/or fees incurred.
9. All special orders, made to measure items, cannot be returned for exchange. If there is an error on our part, we will work with you to fix the problem.
10. Unless otherwise specified, there is an exchange only policy.
11. Prices are subject to change without notice.
